If there is a quality or missing piece issue, you need to provide proof with pictures or videos showing the issue. If you can provide evidence then, we will refund you or resend you another one on us.

Late or Missing refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yueyangstore@outlook.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the package contains less products, we can reissue the package or refund the less delivered products. If the plants in the package you receive die, we will reissue the package or refund the dead plants.
Refunds
